We are relaunching the ‘Friends of East Ayton School’ fundraising group and we need your help!
By supporting ‘Friends’ events during the year, the money we raise will be spent on your children. It doesn’t have to be only financial help. Do you have skills? Are you an organiser? Face painter? Hair braider? Dancer? Social media whizz? Or do you own a local business and can sponsor an event? Can you man a stall for an hour or help behind the scenes? Can you help to sell raffle tickets? Or attend events?
Money raised throughout the year will go directly back into buying things for children at East Ayton School. Class teachers can ask the Friends group to buy things to help them in the classroom and funds will be put towards trips – e.g. the Panto at Christmas.
The Friends group pays for these treats and are hoping to hold events each term to raise funds. We welcome any fresh ideas.
How can you help?
Support: come to meetings, contribute ideas, give time.
Attend: support events, invite friends/grandparents.
Contribute: donate prizes, bake/buy cakes to sell, purchase raffle tickets.
Upcoming event:
Easter Egg Bingo for all the family
Thursday 2nd April, 3.30pm-5pm.
Refreshments and a special performance from the school choir.
The next Friends meeting is Friday 27th March at 2.45pm.
